I had to change lawyers because the previous firm was lacking a lot of professionalism and communication. I came to Karlin & Karlin based off a recommendation. They told me to specifically look for Susana and I’m glad I did. I had a lot of questions through out the process as I was overthinking a lot. But she always answered my questions and sometimes even made time for me on her day off. She always reassured me and never let me feel negatively towards having so many questions. She always did her best to help me out in any way she could. They were pricey but they were truly worth the money regarding the representation. Especially considering the previous firm I had before them had very similar pricing and did not under any circumstances help as much as Susana did.
