Attorney Philip J. Karlin is a founder and partner in the Los Angeles law firm of Karlin & Karlin, Attorneys at Law, serving all of Southern California in the areas of immigration law, personal injury, business litigation, and entertainment law.
Mr. Karlin is a Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law, as certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Karlin maintains a general civil practice centered around immigration and nationality law, including family-based and employment-based visas, as well as civil litigation; transactional and litigation practice in corporate/business law and entertainment law; administrative, government and international business law and litigation.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Karlin devotes much of his time to providing legal services on a pro bono basis to various local, national and international charitable and philanthropic organizations, including Verbum Dei High School and Homeboy Industries in Los Angeles, and the Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation, U.S.A., with whom he also volunteers.
